Set PIN in 2021 CVO Tri Glide

Moegy:
I follow the instructions in the owners manual and can’t get the change pin procedure to work.  Never had a problem before with other Harleys.  Not having the traditional big knob may have something to do with it.  Any help would be appreciated.
