You might consider trying the visor style trim ring, P/N 69738-05.  It add about two inches to the length of the headlamp nacelle and looks great.

... not too sure I like the spacing or shape.... but it is a nice light....   I installed the H.D. Daymaker LED Headlamp on my Breakout.... check it out
Seems like your new lamp is the 7" variety.  I switched to the daymaker too but kept it the same size.  Wish i had known about the 'black' daymaker, might have done that one instead.

This or the daymaker might be an option! Thanks!

And to all the others, I'm way too picky myself and I'm not just going to leave it this way, so chill...  :coolblue:

Getting my Break Out back tomorrow (hopefully!) after first service ... with new day maker LED headlamp installed. Cant wait ... and next weekend a 900km ride to Africa Bike Week on the South Coast (South Africa) and may even get to meet and shake the hand of Bill Davidson as part of the 110 anniversary celebs.

How do you like the light level of the Daymaker?  It's pricey, and I was thinking about replacing just the stock bulb with Harley's performance bulb.

OK, so now i will say THAT is a quality installation.

But, it still looks like a Victory or a Honda to me....without that "bugeye" headlight, it just does not look like an HD from the front.

However, as I said....that's a great fitting look now...nice job!

That would be nice, but I would have to cut about 2" off the rear of the housing to make it look like that...  :P
