On a staqe 1 build, can you replace just the rocker arms and go to a 1.725 SE arm and see any noticeable increase in performance?

I would not expect much the cam just doesn't have the overlap or duration to do much more cylinder filling, it is a time VS demand situation.
If you do this it would be the first I have heard of a 110 getting those rockers. If you do this be sure to spring for a set of SE pushrods and open up the top of the inner tubes to 5/8" where the PR comes through at the oring flange.

Thanks for the reply.... I am having a hard time trying to decide what cam to get. I like the way the bike runs now and didn't want to sacrifice any ride-ability with some monster cam. I just wanted a little more...

I figured that this might give me a bit more without introducing a whole bunch more noise and without moving the torque curve to the right any.

Howdy From Colorado..  I have the HD 204 cams in mine with head work and a ProPipe.  Produces a nice flat trk curve through 4500 rpm and comes on at low rpm.  Still good drivablility.

Thanks Mount'nman! I believe that is a good set up... Sadly I went down the road of head work and the like..... Just trying to keep it simple. The ProPipe is suppose to be a real good pipe. I just don't think that it would look so good with the drop bags... I already have a JackPot 2-1-2 and Rinehart 4"

Can you run the 204 without head work and get good gains from it? How quiet is the top end?

This one runs stock cams and a EU cat equipped headpipe. Hard to see but it hits 110TQ at 2,000 and peaks at 125, 112hp peak and still at 110TQ at 5K. Tests were done with SAE correction.

Must be having a dumb day.... Can't seem to make the dyno chart any larger... So what was done to the bike then?

In the owners words what was done,

More Information:
In stage 1 form this bike produced 102 hp and 119 ftlbs, with SuperTrapp Fatshots.

Stage 2 with TW7H the bike produced 108hp and 119 ftlbs.
Stage 1 and stage 2 curves crossed at 4000rpm. What we gained above 4000, was lost below 4000 rpm
The torque curve was just moved to the right 500rpm (and therefor gained a little horsepower).

Now with reworked 110ci deweyheads and se50mm tb, the stage 1 curve is moved up between 6 and 10ftlbs.
It's hard to beat a SE255 in a 110ci.
