Has anyone used the extended screws for easier removal of the S&S Super G Float Bowl ? They are a real P.I.A. with air filter backing plate in place when carb is still on the Bike. Being longer will they vibrate loose causing a gas leak? Are they prone to stripping out the threads in carb body? Thanks

Are you running a Twin-Cam with a carb?
I have a new to me '05 CVO Fat Boy 103" that I will be running with an Ultima R2 carb which is the same as the S&S Super E carb.
I'm having an issue finding an air cleaner that's round, not the tear drop S&S style.
What are you running and can you share any of that info please?
Sorry don't know anything about the extended floatbowl screws, good luck!
SORRY AGAIN... I see now you said EVO not Twin-Cam. But I do believe that the EVO's and Twin-Cams use the same intake manifold, so possibly the air cleaner would interchange if you have that information.

Motor is S&S V124 with Super G carb. Powerhouse 595E Cam. It has one degree less intake and Exhaust cam timing with a 595 lift not the 640 from S&S.
