Title: Biketoberfest

Daytona Biketoberfest 2014 was awesome, the best riding weather of the year. We are just getting into the best time of year to ride here in Florida. Met many friendly bikers and past many happy riders on US1. Also enjoyed destination Daytona.  :bigok:

i have to agree.. never saw a dark cloud and the temps were perfect..there is some great riding west of Daytona,,  great roads and lots of twisties too.. :)

We had a great time. Been going to Bike Week in march for decades, first time for Biketoberfest. Amazed at how many bikers were there. They estimated around 100k, not bad when you think Daytona and Sturgis are around 450-500k, Laconia around 300k.
Enjoy the snapshot of Boot Hill at midnight sat night.

We have gone to the fall event before but missed this year. We do plan to go the 2015 spring event. I have done the Key West trip, actually went there first and then to Daytona. It is a great trip!  Maybe we will see you next spring in Daytona!  We may stay in St. Augustine as our base. Did that before and it was great. Still thinking about Sturgis too! Safe travels!
