On the market for a serious upgrade of the stock shocks and need your opinion.
Looking for something that can real make the difference.
Stock rear suspension isn’t that terrible (playing with preload) but need an upgrade especially on front tyre.

Being your from Italy BITUBO are manufactured in Italy and they have a wide array of shocks that will fit your purposes. Search BITUBO on the site and you should get some good feedback. I have had BITUBOS on previous bikes, now I have the REVO Legend A on my 2016 Street Glide, they are also a very good shock, however I bough them over the BITOBO due to being lower price.
Ciao

Thanks, will call them.
Do you know the exact measure of the front and rear suspensions for my 2019 CVO Ultra ?
-
I'm not sure of the measurement of the front suspension, I don't know if BUTUBO make front suspension components. The REVO Legend front suspension part number is 1310-0959, I have yet to install them. I lot of members here went with the Traxxion Dynamicd front suspension.
Your stock rear shocks may be 12" eye bolt to eye bolt. I went with the 13" rear shocks. The part number for my REVO Legend rear. shocks for my 2016 CVO Street Glide is 0414-0494.
Hope this helps,

i believe being an ultra, that the rear suspension are 13''. either way, you definitely don't want the 12'', you give up a lot in suspension travel which equates to a harsher ride.
-
Ultras are 13". But even on my CVO King which was 12" I put 13 on for better ride and more lean angle. The 09 Frame was designed for 13" shocks, 12" are to make it look cool.

Ohlins front and rear
FKC’s in the front

Check out my review of Pro-Action.
As a side note the owners of Pro Action lived in Italy for a while building the team KTM shocks. Small world.

First decision is hD357 Ohlins for the rear, seems the best shocks out there.
Now I face Ohlins is selling the new HD-044, looking practically same.
Do you know something more about ?
:)
-
the HD 044 are for newer Ultras (2017 - 2019) and the HD 357 are for the prior Ultras ;D

Yes, that was my conclusion too, but no mention on CVO Ultra 2019 (FLHTKSE).
Hope it’ll fit

Best would be you give them a call before you get the shocks for your bike ;)

New suspensions already mounted.
Ohlins HD-044 for the rear and Andreani Misano Cartridge for the front.
It’s another bike.
