I was planning on purchasing some chaps in the fall and just noticed that Fox Creek is having an Independence Day Sale and their Lined Chaps with Pockets are 25% off so I now have some chaps on order.

DISCLAMER:  It is really a Closeout Sale disguised as an Independence Day Sale, they just called and informed me that my size is not available and they are not making any more in that style, but offered to sell me some of their other lines of chaps at full price.

We can get a small discount as CVO members...look in the Vendor discount section.  I have Foxcreek jackets, chaps, and vest.  There is no better leather product made at any cost, IMO.

Going to have to make a run to the bike shop one day this week just to look at that jacket up close and personal.  You bit on it hard enough it's at least got me interested.  After all, riding the same bikes to Nelson might as well dress alike too.  Folks will think we're special ??? .

And I'll have the black seat with red piping on for the trip.



Hadn't really thought about this until just now.  But we're going to be quite a pair going down the road.  We need to compare t-shirt piles before we start just to see if there are any mates.  Might as well mess with the road civilians when there's a chance  :huepfenlol2: .
