CVO convertible bag problems
« on: April 27, 2023, 06:15:30 PM »

Can anyone identify what causes the removable saddle bags to fall off on the convertible. Sorry to be slightly sarcastic but could it just be operator error?
Thanks

This was a problem for some on the bike. See here:  2012 CVO Convertible Saddle Bag .

Did not see an answer to your question, however. Maybe someone will chime in.

Yes, In my opinion, 100% operator error. Sorry if that hurts anyone's feelings.
My wife currently owns a 2010, and I had a 2010 when they were new.
We make sure the knob thing is completely seated, and then give the
bags a wiggle before each ride. I never had a problem back then and she
hasn't had a problem yet.
