Not sure who installed your thundermax or what not, but you may want to check out this post on page 2 reply number 26 by Rhino.

This is something you may want to try, hope it helps out.   The other thing you may consider doing is getting an temp gun and shooting your heads at both the sparkplug ring and at the temp sensor on the rear of the front cylinder by the horn.   It will at least allow you to get an accurate picture of the temperatures your seeing.

Welcome from NC , try an ice pack I think it is the only true fix for the 07 CVO HOT HEADS....
