Hello, and welcome to CVO Harley!!  I know exactly what you mean.  To this day I miss my 02 Ultra...........probably always will.  The only real challenge I've had with my CVO was paint.  That was fixed.  Wouldn't trade it for anything...........even my old Ultra.  Again, Welcome!!

Hey ArtMan, go for the CVO, man......the quality over-all is very good......sure, there are some problems, and a few have had serious problems, but all in all, the CVO's are the coolest bikes to come out of the factory.  (or any factory for that matter)  ::) har!  :drink: spyder

Welcome to CVO Harley from NW Arkansas.  Here again, we gripe sometimes, but nobody is in a hurry to dump their CVOs, thats for sure.

Our household has an 04 and an 05 CVO, and even though I might complain from time to time about some small part of my bike, we together, can't even imagine trading our bikes in on something else.  Right now, there has not been anything better enough to make us want to trade up or sideways.  Have No Fear!  CVO ownership is fantastic.

I agree w/ MrsWeCVO, I just picked up mine on the 22nd and thought it has some issues, I love the bike. I'm a long time Harley owner in fact the last HD I had was a 2002 and there are many things that have changed since my 02 I still like this one one. Order one and change it to suit you.

Welcome to the site, Artman.

I had a few folks tell me how 'bad' these new CVO's were - engines, trannies, etc.  Figure they were/are just jealous. Best bike the MoCo has made - ever - the CVO.  Sure we discuss problems/issues.  Most are keeping their bikes and/or bying newer ones as time passes.

Have fun on your new ride.  If I had it all to do over again, I would definitiely buy my CVO again.  Most fun I have ever had on 2 wheels.

Welcome Art, who couldn't use a little more protein from time to time.  The worms aren't tape worms for criminy sake.  There sorta like the earthworm buggers, just enough to remind you they're there.

Even with a few issues (now resolved) I wouldn't have it any other way.

Oh and if you think you customized your RK Custom, wait until you see what is left to do on your new CVO :huepfenlol2:

That is so true.  And we are seeing more and more families having the SE bikes as the significant other's ride as well.  I can think of at least nine families that each riding member has a SE bike.  Once you've learned what it is all about, you don't want to step down and try to build back up to where ours start at.

Artman,

Welcome to the site I am sure you are anxiously awaiting the dealer show to hear what choices you might have.   good luck with whatever you decide.

 :cherry:

Candy,

That is such an untruth, we both know if Jamey could get pumpkin colors it would be done quickly :)  I surely hope to see an 08 in Orange / Black again then we will test Jamey's will power all over.
