Greetings CVO'ers from Philly.. The best & worst sports fans on earth

I have a 2007 FLHTCUSE2 and just hit the 6,000 mile mark believe it or not.  I work in CC and until recently they had no motorcycle parking.   now I ride in to work every day when the weather is good and put in 50 miles round trip on the commute.  Just have to watch out for the cabbie's otherwise a very pleasant ride every day

I'm getting ready to upgrade the performance on the bike and would welcome any suggestions.  I'm a bit of a speed freak and you need to run at 70-80 on the interstate here just to stay in the pack.  Was looking for any suggestion for maximum performance around 2500-3500 rpm.  also does anyone have any suggestions on primary chain replacement and upgrading the transmission.  I hate the whining 5th gear
