The engine is tuned to produce more than 100 ft. lbs. of torque at 3500 rpm, a 20 percent increase over the stock Twin Cam 88 engine.

maybe hd will offer thunderstar wheels to the 04 pealers . waiting to see what they look like-----AK

The Thunderstar's have been out for a while...look in the catalog. They have actually always been my favorite HD wheels, so I wouldn't mind trading these peeling crappy detonators for a pair. Who knows?

can anyone tell me where to find extended heat shield for the rear pipe? i don't like seeing the pipe turn color be the right passanger floor board [smiley=nervous.gif] [smiley=nixweiss.gif] [smiley=furious.gif] [smiley=brood.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Strange thread to ask this question, but do you have stock or aftermarket exhast?
-
I have Thunderstars on the '99 Fatboy...HD would not allow me to transfer to the Thuderstars after my "peeling issue'. I have been waiting for over 7 weeks now for a resoultion.
The sad thing is I was willing to take a less expensive wheel...no deal.
