Title: BST Carbon fibers wheels for 2013 CVO
Post by: Scott7d on July 15, 2019, 04:52:40 PM
I have a 2013 CVO Road King and would like to start a project to shed some weight. Looking at putting on an 18” x 5.5” BST carbon fiber rear wheel. The stock Agitator wheel has 7 mounting holes for brake rotors. The BST wheel only has 5 holes. I called and asked if simply getting new brake rotors was the only thing needed to make this a direct replacement as there is a disclaimer about buying this wheel for CVO’s due to the variability in stock CVO wheels. They didn’t feel comfortable answering for sure because of all the different CVO configurations offered.

By any chance has anyone replaced stock Agitators on a CVO with BST wheels? Does anyone know where I can get engineering drawings for the Agitator? The drawings are available for the BST wheels so I wanted to compare them. My research hasn’t been successful. I’m sure it can be done, just want to get everything in line in case other items like spacers, etc., may be needed.

Thank you!
