Hi Guys,
I'm from Australia and have just ordered a new kryptonite Street Glide.  This is the first of this model to be received here as we did not get the 2010 models.
I believe the export models have amber (orange) turn signals with orange lens rather than smoked, in place of your combination stop and turn signal with a big standard red stop light bolted to the middle of the fender. I'm planning on ordering your domestic fender and integrated stop and turn signals.
My question is do the integrated lamps have an orange turn signal or red? Do they flash orange or do they flash red?
For example if you are turning right does the right hand side flash and also have a brake light if your are applying the brake.
sorry for this confusing question, but I have been unable to get this info from dealers or other sources.
Appreciate any information you can give.

it has just red led's. When you turn right all of the led lights on the right side flash red and if you are applying the brakes at the same time the left side becomes a brake light and the right still just flashes. I hope this helps and isn't to confusing. Congratulations as well.

could someone please confirm whether the orange turn signal lenses have white or orange leds behind them as i would like to change to US smoked lenses. I,m from Australia and we did not receive 2010 models and our 2011 are approximately 3 months away.

Hi Dean,

I guessing that behind the orange cover they are orange coloured LED's, they are a sealed unit so you could not just get a new lens. I have changed my rear fender, wiring harness and LED's to USA domestic.

thanks for the info.
My concern is that here, all indicators are orange and I thought maybe the red colour would not be seen by other motorists. Is it normal in the UK to have orange indicators? And if so, have you had any safety concerns using the US red indicators?

Hey Dean, Lance from Newcastle here and I have just ordered the B/O SESG.  Do you have a pic of what the rear end of the model coming to Aus looks like - seems as if we are again going to be looking at an uglier one off that will largely reduce the good looks of the US Spec model?  Thanks

Hi Lance,

as of now nobody knows for shure how the HID CVOs of 2011 will look like. Usually will wil not know before December.

But chances are your guess is on target

I've replaced mine with two smoke / red US lenses and a lay back smoke tail light lens from badlands - they made me and HDNIK (his idea) a stop / tail run unit and so far it's brighter than stock and is a good alternative to a full fender replacement. 

No issues here and recommended.
