Long Block approved and enroute
« on: August 01, 2018, 05:19:03 PM »

Wow look at the threads on here all with the same issues and all likely around the sane Mileage.
My problem began with lifter noise and 2000 Miles after complete Cam Compartment rebuild the noisy Lifters started again. The end result, valve guides broken off in cylinder with damage to cylinders and pistons. Lifter bores chewed up from unknown particles.
About 29400 Miles on my 2014 CVO Limited when this all started.
I have ESP and they have approved a Long Block. I was under the impression a Long Block would include Cams, Lifters etc. but in a message my service advisor said these were also ordered.
Can anyone advise?

The long block comes with most, but not all, parts that come with a new bike.  See the attachment for details.
