Are there any records of low production no`s on 03/4 SE Ultras into Europe someone i know has one but dealers dont seem to be able to track down the model ?

There's no such animal as an 03/04 SE Ultra. The first SE Ultra was in '06. In '04/'05 they had the SEEG (Screamin' Eaglt Electra Glide), and a lot of folks put King TP's on them, but they were not considered to be Ultras. In '03, there was the SERK...Screamin' Eagle Road King.

Turns out this guy has an SEEG which he has traded dealer asking £14,995.00 blue/black

2004 Colbalt Blue SEEG is 1/1,561
I don't know the $$$ conversion or the miles on the bike, but $14,995.00 U.S. dollars is fair for a good condition SEEG.
