Looks like conservative Harley is just feeling out the PR response to adding liquid cooling before they invest anything into improvements, like performance upgrades, reliability, and actual rider comfort.

My stock air cooled '12 was 85 hp and 103 tq, so the numbers are right in line with the previous air/oil cooled 110s.  

Not quite revolutionary, but at least it's a baby step.  If they'd fix the excessive crank runout and lifter issues, we'd have some real "progress".  Oh, yeah, and the heat.  And maybe the death wobble.  Or the hit-and-miss quality control.  Or the...
