Im running a 12 in KW on my 09 SERG and at 70 mph it feels like somebody is beating you on the head with a plastic ball bat, im 5 -11 so I doubt if a shorter shield would be any better, its coming off as soon as I can get a replacement.

I tried the 12" on the 2000.  Didn't last a week.  Leans back so far that 12" of that shield is like 6-8" of some other.  The curves on the side also create wind tunnels that go right over your shoulders and are incredibly loud in your ears. 

Thought it looked cool.  Thought it worked like chit.
