I'm curious what part of the country you live in, relating to whether you had HD do the work, and what dealer did it?  I assume you are pleased with the job they did.  i would like to have that info for future reference...

thanks!

I live in Western Kentucky and the original swap/tune was performed by my local HD dealer, however as with any dealer the only thing that I wasn't entirely pleased with, was the labor rates.  I have since found a shop owned by reputable HD mechanic with brand new dyno and very reasonable shop rates.

Also, you can find my introduction post w/pics here: http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=83670.0

Edit: To all the others around here, I apologize for the thread jack...

Yes, and that was the main reason I went with the V & H, BR 2 into 1 first, but I just can't take it!  I love the look and the sound of the 2 into 2 by far, so performance will have to be sacrificed a bit...

Are you going to sell your 2 into 1?

So does any one know what the fitment issue is with the non-Breakout version pipes?  I have the Big Radius 2 into 1, that is not suppose to fit this bike either and I have zero issues.  I'm tempted just to have them send me a set designed for the  Rocker...  :-\

Vance & hines told me its the placement and thread size of o2 bungs ,also the pipes are too close to oil lines .But people on here say they fit fine  :nixweiss:

My 2:1 is the Rocker model and it fits perfectly, just needed an adapter for the O2 sensors.  My bike runs like a champ!  No fitment issues whatsoever!

I wonder what they consider close, because mine is every bit of 2" away from my oil lines and the adapters don't seem to be an issue.

I agree and I'm yet to find a flaw in the installation of my 2 into 1, so it's my guess that someone at V&H has a case of OCD more severe than mine!  ;D
