Title: '07 - 110" - GMR 577's
Post by: harleytuner on February 22, 2015, 07:23:52 PM
I figured i'd post up the sheet from my personal bike.  I'm running into a little bit of a clutch issue that I haven't had the $$ to address yet.  Opening up this shop has pretty much taken a toll on the bank account.  It needs a little more tuning but it's pretty close, it's the last bike I tuned on Roeders dyno before I left Ohio.

110"  (11.1:1 compression)
Roeder Racing heads
T-man hi-comp pistons
GMR 577 cams (love this cam)
HPI 55
SE 5.3 inj
SE stage I AC with Zippers hi-flow K&N
FatCat with big bore baffle
AIM lock up (not holding in the lower RPM's)
SERT Cal tuned with a Vision

I just purchased a 2015 CVO limited. Do you have a dyno sheet that would show the results if I just installed the GRM 577 cams and that was the only changes I made?

I don't, sorry. Maybe Steve can post one. You won't see very large gains with just the cam . Alone though. You'll need a decent air cleaner, exhaust and tune to make it shine. I have another cam I used on a '14 limited that works well. I can post the sheet when I get to the shop tomorrow. I don't have it available on this tablet

I'm sure Steve could give a pretty good idea on what it should do. I'll give him a call tomorrow.

Very close to my 2014 CVO RK > Kury 24D (similar to GMR577), V&H Power dual head pipe, Crusher Mellows, 100hp/113tq, SESPT tuned. Breaks 100 ft. lbs. @ 2500 rpm.  Good repeatable results.

Yes it is! Especially after the tach swings past 2500 RPM.
All the parts are gathered for the 113 swap now.
I thought I could leave it alone, but nooooo.
Just waiting for some warmer weather to work in the garage.

Harleytuner,
Im up north of you in Winchester and would like to come down and see if you can clean up a tune that was done up here on a 14 CVO Breakout using TTS. Im waiting on correct fitting for top of ABS to master cylinder. When I have that in hand and have tech bleed with Digital Tech, I would like to bring her down.

Sounds good.  I always look forward to meeting forum members.
