Im keeping the HK head unit.  I've heard the JM 7.25 speakers and really liked them.  They do need an amp, but the JM amp is $400.  On the other hand the hog tunes amp and 5.5 speakers are around $350.  What do you guys have in your fairing?

No comparison. J & M is much better.  25% larger speaker gives much more power, volume and bass.  IMHO.

I've not tried Hog Tunes, but they were my first choice before I read the comments on J&M. Maladjusted sold me when I read / watched his video just after install.   Bought the J&M kit with amp from Dr V-twin.  Easy install, speakers and amp are huge improvement over stock and would highly recommend to any one.

No comparison I've installed all 3 Hog Tunes Hawg Wired and J&M and run J&M with the 250w amp inmy own. Call Dr Vtwin and they will get you a forum discounted package deal.

Did you ever get your Corbin?  I am looking for a more comfortable saddle, but would like to see what it actually looks like, and if it sits the passenger up any higher.  After a runaround with Corbin a few years back I swore I would never give them another penny, but Momma and I both agree that it is the most comfortable saddle for both of us....

Thats my favorite but the BSR wanted dual heat so I bought the Dual Tour model with dual heat. 2 more weeks and it should be on its way here?

Are the J&M speakers really that much better than Hawg Wired? OR is it that there amp is putting out more power to them making them seam to be better? Has anyone run the HW or HT speakers at higher power levels? Would the J&M speakers really be better than the others at say 40 - 75 watts? I really like the stock look vs the look of the J&M speaker grills. Would the metal grills from Hawg Wired, I believe, fit in between the J&M speakers and the inside of the fairing to keep the stock look?

Yes they are better and less expensive than Hawg Wired when purchased through DR Vtwin as a set.
I believe you can get them with Chrome grills if you chose? I have chrome flames trim rings on mine.

J&M is coming out with a 500 watt 4 channel fairing mounted amp in early 2011!

This will make detaching the tourpaks much easier!
