iPod Connector ................

As soon as conected the iPod the connector bracket broke in pieces. I went to the dealer and complain about this issue. The Service Manager found out and 31 persons had the same problem. I am the 32 on the list to get a new connector. I was told that this product is defective from the manufacturer and as today there is no date to have this piece replaced.

Anyone has had the same problem?

any possibiliby of you posting a picture of the connector that broke?  i just installed my IPOD interface today and want to make sure i dont damage the part you are talking about.
