Synthetic oil and nitrogen.  No doubt.  Probably tuned with the TTS device too. But they have to change lifters every 5 minutes when operating at speed.  It also comes with a fresh underwear dispenser. 

Hope that was some departments April 1st news release and the news reader just never bothered to think about what she was reading.

And along with nitrogen in the tires it's also got nitrous in the intake!  Always on.  Perpetual Nitrous.  PN.

Well this bike has a bag system nitrous generator.
