Happy Memorial Day. So Saturday, while out riding my 17' CVO Street Glide it started to idle high. The bike is stage5, I have owned it since the 15,000 mile mark and it now has 28K. This has never happened before. Sitting at a red light all of a sudden it will slowly (couple of seconds) rev up to 2000 RPM. Doesn't always do it. I can tell it is doing the same thing while driving as it feels like the cruise is set even when it is not turned on. I did discover if it goes into high idle if I twist the throttle backwards as if to turn off the parade mode and hold it backwards it idles normal but as soon as I let it goit revs up again. Any ideas?

Has the back thrown any codes? Start there.

No codes, did a throttle postition reset as found on another site and it worked. Turning the ignition on/off 4 times waiting 10 seconds in-between did the trick.

That's good news. If the problem recurs the closest I've ever run in to matching your description were a couple bikes that each ended up having issues with their electronic throttle controls/system. Hopefully yours does not recur.
