Can you post a link to a current article?  There was some internet BS floating around years ago re: a merger, but that was more of a prank than anything.  Couldn’t find anything recent.

Yeah, that was an April fool's thing.  The real news is the Harley / Schwinn merger!

It happened back in 2011.  I noticed it when BMW announced their new company logo would be orange & black.
