You might want to start here

You can get 2 out of the 3 things you are looking for but probably not all 3. For my wife's Deuce, we went with the HD stock quick release windshield and removed the headlight trim piece. No big deal as the headlight was non-stock as well.

I have the same bike and bought a Windvest windshield for it that looks great on the bike, is detachable, and works pretty good too.
-
I've got the Harley detachable Super Sport which is great. On and off in seconds, and the windshield helps alot.

I have the same bike. It had a 14" smoked Windvest on it when I bought it. I put 16" ape hangars on the bike and do not use the Windvest anymore. It mounts perfectly in the stock configuration, looks sharp and works great. Installs in about 2 minutes and mounts directly to the handlebars.
I have been considering selling it since it is just collecting dust and doesnt work right for my new configuration with the apes.
The windvest I have is $366.00 on the company website, but I would, of course, not sell it for near that much since it is used. It was used for about 8K miles before I bought the bike.
I have pictures of it on the bike from when I first bought it and I can take some of the windvest off the bike so you can see its condition.
Here is the site: http://www.windvest.com/products/products.html
Part# is 10-1091CT
If you are interested shoot me a private message and we can discuss it.

Hey CVOdude, where did u get those bags and the paint job??? I would love to have the exact same bags for my CVO.
I picked the Harley windshield since that was part of the deal with the HD dealer here and that what they came up with.... And yes it required the removal of 1 part.

If you want bags like that, you have to start with these (see photo). They turn up on ebay with some frequency if you don't want to pay retail.

Then you find a painter with considerable talent and apply money generously. If he's the right guy, you can get exactly what you are looking for.

Will he need the bike for color match or??
-
Would want you to speak with him. He might know someone with a bike that color scheme or might want the front fender (that has both colors on it). I gave him the front fender off my wife's Deuce. His name is Lenni Schwartz and his shop is called krazy kolors (www.krazykolors.net/)

Sorry for not checking the site more often. Actually you start with the Gold bags from H-D and take those to your favorite painter for the work. You'll spend less overall.
-
CVOdude,,It is the gold inlay the 23K (I read that somewhere it was 23 not 24k) that worries me, don't u have that on the bags, or is it just paint and pinstipes??
-
I went with Gold Paint that the painter (RIP Ron Morelli) did a great job matching. The Gold on the tank is 24kt gold leaf.
-
It is the gold leaf that I think will be the expensive part, if u can find someone who has used the stuff.
-
The gold on the bags is actually paint. The gold leaf on the tank can be found in art supply stores. Good Luck
-
I cant tell by the small picture but u have the same gold leaf on the fenders as well as the tank don't u? But do you have gold leaf on the bags as well? Sorry but I can't see in the picture....
-
I just checked and the gold trim on both fenders looks like gold paint, its too consistent to make me think otherwise. The only place I see that I can positively identify as Gold Leaf is on the tank. The pin striping on the fenders are too narrow an area to warrant Gold leaf, the tank however has a larger area and the 24kt Gold really stands out.
Don't forget to have the bag racks chrome plated, you'll be glad you did you decide to run without the bags.

My fenders have the same stuff (gold leaf) u can tell it is pieced together the same as the tank. But I see what ur saying, find a gold that matches and make it narrow enough that it would be hard to tell??
