HIX Michael Lee "Mike" Hix, age 50, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 after his courageous journey of battling melanoma. He was preceded in death by his father Russell and brother Don. Mike is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rea Jean; daughter, Tiffany (Brandon) Berger; mother, Mary Lou Hix; brothers, Rick and Bob Hix; and grand-dog, Teddy. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 10 a.m. Pastor Don Hix officiating.
