Could be temperature related, going into open circuit. Crank sensor is located near the oil filter and can get bumped or cracked during filter removal.

I Bought sleeves from DK and they didn't fit..the S&S V124 rocker shaft mounts. They refunded my money.

Sure is for some reason it doesn't work with the 16 I have tried two devices.... No luck

I owned a 17' CVO Street Glide and I just plugged into the USB in the compartment and I had Android auto on the screen.

3 different tires,and a different rim air psi at 40

Start with tires, air pressure, etc
Then to bike alignment, etc,
Loaded saddlebags, etc

Easy things first before you dive into the expensive stuff!

Zipper performance lifters
SE 117 bolt on with 259e cams

Do I need head work? What is best options? Zipper performance? Or suburban?  Do I need to change anything else if I get stage 2 heads? Or will all my parts just fit in with what I have? I am super dumb with engines I'm trying to learn.
