Rode with 4 friends to Roanoke for the Toys for Tots ride.  24 deg when I left the house.  Saw a low of 21 on the way.  1300 bikes on 1 hour police guided ride thru Salem, Roanoke, Vinton, and back to Salem.  380 miles by the time I got home.

Interestingly, all 4 of us are (old) vets.  57, 57, 63, and 64.  2 young guys both Navy, 1 former Seal (Vietnam and "maybe other places"), 1 retired Army SSGT (Vietnam and Desert Storm).  The SSGT rides a Tri-Glide due to Agent Orange issues.  His first "bike".  Been riding 3 years, has 60K plus on the trike.  Rode to CA, then SW (different trip).  He's leaving on Wednesday for Maine (!) to escort the truck with the wreaths for Wreaths Across America.  Good Times and Great Guys.  I am honored to call them friends.

Sounds like an great ride and some great people to ride with, thanks for posting.  I just walked past my bike coming in tonight.

Today I am going to wash mine. Tomorrow I will again ride it to bury another coworker!!! It has been a tough year for the District of Columbia fire Department!!!!

Ordered phase 7 headlight and passing lamps from eastern performance on their Black Friday sale for $332.00 shipped to door and then went to Harley store and purchased the French light rims to finish it off. Now just waiting for delivery to install and wait for clean roads here in Ohio to try them out. :cucumber:

Thank you Chip. The fairing is not quite ready for primetime yet. Currently at Xtreme Dimension and then I need to do something with the headlight to make it fit properly. I'll post detail and pics as soon as it all comes together. Hopefully next week.

Dropped off the tour pack at the painters for a little makeover  ;) 

after all, mod season is upon us.

Right now the bike now looks like a one of a kind CVO street glide  -- with speakers sitting on top of the bags instead of built into them....
