I like a little contrast. I switched out the chrome insert on the air cleaner today to black. Goes with the deflectors and the little bit of black on the exhaust.  Stuart.

phato,, don't hold your breath,,,  i did my front end with the hd kit,, was disappointed big time.. mostly that the bike still nosed dived on abrupt stops...i went back to stock parts, with heavier springs and hd fork oil;    was good to go ever since   stuart
Stuart, I don't usually disagree with you but I gotta say I do on this one. I have the Ohlin 6's on the rear and the HD cartridges on the front and I think the combo is fantastic. Spent a couple of hours on the new 6 GTL BMW a little while ago and obviously it handled great but I would put my bike "right there". Maybe I am just that "brain washed"..

I never touched the rear.  Set up is still bone stock. The front end the way I have it works fine for me. I have progressive springs and I find the front is just right.  Brake diving isn't too bad.  You gotta have some. Just the the hd double cartridge didn't do it for me.  The set up is good for Florida' s  mostly flat roads.   Just sayin.

Chitty pictures on my part, d00d.  I'll get some better ones when I'm able to move "Ol Maybelle" outside.  Supposed to be pretty in the Mountain State this weekend.  I wanted to ride with OTIS and 'nem to Rainelle, WV, to meet all those Veterans heading to the "WALL", but just ain't up to it yet.  Won't be long 'till I'm back in the breeze.   ;)  Later--HUBBARD

I pulled down the primary to check on the stator and rotor, tensioner, etc. I then add a Barnett Low-profile lock Up pressure plate. I LIKE it. The clutch is now positive, no slippage, no uncertainty. Lever effort is up, but man, the next gear hits hard!

It FITS! It works really well, and there is NO room to spare in there....but there's enough!

Can't use my logo cover, though.

Had my ghost pipe mounted with the stock crossover and it would move around and didn't line up well at all so ordered the hangar from Frank and installed today. Looks much better and a lot easier on my OCD!

rode back from 2k's in NC - 400 miles, 1100+ miles since Tuesday on a CVOBO with a backpack. Anyone wondering if you can survive a long trip on a CVOBO, the answer is a resounding 'YES'.
