You probably already know this but typically the "low" version has the low profile suspension installed at the factory and that's what makes them low models. So yes, the "low" models are for us vertically challenged folk.

I prefer the "standard" suspension height and compensate (for the bike height) with the heel height of my riding boots.

I prefer the SG model with narrow nosed, low seat and tall heeled boots

No 2013 had the ultra road glide and king. There is usually 3 tourers and 1 other (softail or Dyna)

Ok, thanks (FLHTCUSE, FLHTRXSE, and FLHRSE). I don't remember when they started the 3 touring... hasn't always been like that.

Really there are only usually two touring bikes, like 14.  The CVO King and the CVO Ultra Limited.  The 110th, 2013 is the only year I remember with three touring bikes, the CVO King, the CVO Road Glide and the CVO Ultra.  12 was the CVO Ultra and CVO RG,  11 Was the CVO Ultra and CVO  Road Glide Ultra and a CVO Street glide.  In 10 it was the CVO Street Glide and CVO Ultra, in 09 the CVO Road Glide and CVO Ultra.


But the Good news is a CVO Road Glide for 15!

That's the way I always remembered it (only 2 touring CVO's) too. Although the CVO touring models seem to sell better/more than the others I thought it odd that they would have 3 of them.

I am thinking there will be at least another three or four cvo models in addition to the touring models. At least one more year for the breakout and deluxe. Maybe even a Heritage???

Seems like I only remember 4 models per year including the touring models. I could very well be wrong though, Hell, it's already happened today at least once.

So there were 3 touring in 2011, 2012, and 2013. 

2014 only two

All the years prior to 2011 only two or less touring.

I wonder if there is a CVO trike in the future? Not that I'm there yet, but I'm sure some folks will bite. Bet that trike would be over the top in price too!

Maybe since the "Low Rider" was reincarnated and has grown into the choice of younger/new riders, they will come out with a CVO version?

My guess if they ever did a trike CVO it would be 44K or more.

Heck even the Ultra is way up there now that it's a CVO Limited.

My guess is this years CVO Road Glide Ultra is going to be close to the price of the CVO Limited.

Seems the touring bike CVO's sell best.  I am sure it has to do with the people with the money tend to be older and want more comforts.  The 13 CVO King sold well, but the 14 CVO Kings are not selling well in my area.  Seems everyone wants a batwing, or it's the music, which the 13 King had and the 14 CVO King does not
