Tour Pack
« on: October 08, 2015, 09:16:40 AM »

My tour pack showed up yesterday. It took about a month to get here. Pretty pleased about that after reading other peoples posts about long delivery.

Nice! I definitely think detachable is the way to go. Since I modified everything and took mine off I haven't had much inclination to remount it.

Mine arrived at the dealer like 4 days after I ordered it. Must have had a pile ready for the 16 launch.

Is it wrong that I ordered it because that's the only way to carry a pizza on a bike?

Anyone put a Hard Tour-Pak on a 2007 CVO RK / FLHRSE3, with the stock leather bags?  Just wondering if I will still have the clearance to open the bags... since they flip up towards the bike, rather then out like the hard.

I have a tourpak on a standard '07 RKC and have not noticed any problem but I don't flip the bags all the way open. Don't really carry much in them anymore and will go to hard bags when a good deal comes along.
