Title: Problem with driver seat

Hello,
I've a problem with my driver seat screw.
there are 2 screw, mainted by a piece of metal under the bike(see picture).
I've lost one screw and the pièce of metal is damaged.
Impossible to find where to buy this parts, does anybody can help me ?
