Arctic 2015-Imagine No Malaria Ride
« on: August 14, 2015, 03:44:13 PM »

On August 1st, my pastor Dennis Miller left Grove City, Ohio to meet up with fellow pastor Randy Shrauner of Oklahoma City in Fargo, ND..

With their love of our Lord and of motorcycling they are on a quest to ride 10,000 miles in 21 days to Prudoe Bay, Alaska to raise money for mosquito nets in Africa  and stop the deaths due to malaria.

They made it as far as the Arctic circle on the Dalton Highway and headed back home because of bad weather and snow at Antigun Pass.   They are on BMW GS1200's..  Dennis rides a limited back home with us.

They will be about 1000 miles short of their 10,000 mile goal but have raised a lot of money and have seen a lot along the way.

Their website is www.arctic2015.com  .   You can read all about their journey and great pictures.

In the upper top corner you can track where they are at.  Prayers for their safe return home would be appreciated.

Moderators, if not in the correct area, please move.

Very cool and praise the Lord.  A great trip by itself but to be made for the cause of Jesus is a whole, other thing.  Thanks so much for sharing this with the forum.  I enjoyed the pictures and story line.  Motorscooter preachers....a great combo!
