Not remotely adjustable, but a company called Worxs Performance Shocks makes a product that allows you to select one of two different effective spring rates by just rotating a lever at the top of each shock.  They custom build them to work with the rider and passenger weights you provide.  Go to this link, select the Street Tracker or Billet Tracker listing, and look for the ARS (adjustable rate shock) option.  Give them a call if you're interested and see what they can do for you.

I can highly recommend this product from Wilbers: https://www.wilbers-shop.de/en/Motorcycle/Harley-Davidson/FLHTCUSE4-5-6-7-8-CVO-Electra-Glide-Ultra-Classic-FL2/?year=2012

The "Wilbers LDC" shock absorber offers excellent comfort in all circumstances. It adapts to different loading situations without any effort on the riders part, automatically without any buttons or electronics! After the passenger with or without luggage takes a seat, the deeply compressed suspension pumps itself up after a few meters of riding, back to the defined riding level as the shock absorber delivers additional oil into its cylinder by its own stroke movement. The resulting pressure increase leads to the adjustment in damping.

Many of the Harley Folks I know riding with that kind of shocks, and they are very satisfied.

More Infos about the Wilbers shocks can be found here, but only german  :(

https://www.wilbers.de/produkte/federbeinprodukte/wilbers-ldc-nivomat/wilbers-apart.html

Translation by Google:
How it works
1. The LDC Nivomat system is preset so that it will immediately catch up to the intended (defined) level position, ie about 1/3 of the total spring travel for solo operation. In this condition, the system offers reduced spring rate and damping for solo operation compared to a conventional shock absorber for maximum comfort without having to re-swing.

2. A payload by pillion and / or luggage causes the vehicle sink deep and changes the vehicle geometry negative. Here, the biasing of the spring in a "normal" strut would be necessary, but only the level position is adjusted. The actual necessary adjustment of the spring rate does not take place.

3. After a driving distance of about 300 meters under load, the LDC strut has brought the vehicle back to the defined level position. The inner pump rod has pumped oil from the low pressure to the high pressure chamber.

Due to the increased high pressure, the vehicle is raised to the defined level position and at the same time the spring rate and damping are adjusted to the load.

Turns out Works Performance went out of business in 2017 when the owner died, his daughter reopened the business under the name Worx Shocks.

Thanks Jerry. I was disappointed to hear that a few years ago and am glad to hear that once again, they are in production.
