New front rotors and a front tire pressure sensor all replaced under warranty on the Mako.. Always somethin😩

My dealer's service manager called me the other day and asked if she could send someone out to pick up my bike free of charge and run it through a multi point check before the warranty ran out (obviously they are a little slow this time of year) . I mentioned that there is a tiny bit of moisture in the speedo as I was racking my brain thinking of what could be done while still under warranty and they concurred and said that they couldn't find anything else that needed attention. Outstanding!
So they ordered a new speedo, brought my bike back to me yesterday, at no cost, and will contact me when it arrives.

Pretty damn good customer service from Barbi at North Cascades Harley.

It warmed up to 40 degrees, so I went for a ride. May be the last one of the year.  And it felt real good.

My dealer Barrie Harley-Davidson treats me exactly the same way.

It sure is comforting when you have a fabulous dealer looking out for you.

Biggs HD outside of San Diego has always picked up and delivered my bikes for me for service and I live 60 miles away form them. Fantastic dealer that I very much appreciate!

I'm referring more to the fact of how comforting it is to know that your dealer has your back... With every bike we've owned, prior to the warranty running out our dealer has notified us that it is coming to an end and they would like to check over the entire bike to ensure everything is good before the warranty runs out, and repair what is necessary.

That's great service!

While we have wonderful dealers here in the k'ville and Maryville area, I've never had any of them call, email or otherwise contact me for a final check before the warranty ran out much less come and get it for service and that's going back to 1989. Y'all have some very good dealers...

Iv'e had my Searay Boat dealer do that, But never a Harley dealer. (not even when I worked there)
