To be official, Chief has suggested I actually introduce myself to the site. I have been fortunate enough to have already met a good bunch of you folks in this part of the country last week in Hot Springs. And we've had five "total strangers" come and stay at our house with us just on the strength of this website. And BTW, each one of those "strangers" is always welcome to come back!
I hope to meet more of you. I think this is a great place to make new friends. ;D

We're doing the Ride to the Wall again next year. Maybe we can make it happen then. My nephew just started this year at UVA, so we may go by there on the way home which will put us right in d00d's back yard.

Not a problem. I've had to put the fear in some of the coeds before for doing stupid chit in the dorms and getting me out of my nice warm bed in the middle of the night. ;) ;D

Oh those are the ones you don't mind. Have had occasion to answer an alarm going off in the dorm and seen stuff like that. When the alarms go off the students are supposed to exit the dorms and we have to check room by room to make sure they have left. At the beginning of the year some of the freshmen are unaware (or believe) that we don't check and on occasion we've had the opportunity to see some interesting things. ;) :P
