What is the torque for rear shocks?

Both the upper and lower bolts please. I plan on using locktite too.

According to the 2009 service manual, 35-40 ft-lbs. /  47.5-54.2 Nm.  Both.

Hey does the rear wheel have to be jacked up to remove/replace the rear shocks, or can it just be sitting on the ground?
