Saddlebag hinge loose

My saddlebag hinge has gone loose, twisted, and the stem is always popping off its housing, only maintaining two or three hooks instead of all nine.
Has anyone encoutered this problem?
There is no part number for replacing this poor quality element.

Do you have any solution or fix?

Your saddlebags are different!
On Softail Deluxe, the equivalent part to the latch assembly (37) of your schema are not sold separately.
