Re-installing tour-pak antennas....what do I need?

I purchased my 2015 Road Glide CVO a few years ago and it already had a detachable tour-pak kit installed and hidden fairing antennas.  Well, fast forward 2 years and I haven't taken the tour-pak off once.  I'm not happy with the fairing mounted antennas, so I want to re-install the CB and FM/AM antennas back on the tour-pak.  The cables are coiled on top of the tour-pak.  

So, what do I need to restore these antennas?  Does anyone have any idea of cable routing in the tour-pak?  Thanks in advance.
