2008 CVO Road King Odometer

I just picked up 2008 CVO RK.The bike is absolutely prestine ,but has been sitting for the last 5 years in a garage.I noticed the odometer read 930132 on the milage.I was told the bike was jump started initially for it to run.Tried all ways to reset everything but the mileage reads the same. I brought it to HD dealer and they went through it and claimed the speedo cluster shorted out some where along the line.They informed me that this part is obsolete now.Everything else in the cluster works fine and it still  does log milage.Both trip meters A B work also. So ultimately I'm trying get an accurate reading for the  odometer.Any thoughts on this ? Thanks

can the accurate mileage be retrieved through the ECM with a code reader?
