My dealer said that I need a new tire but they have no supplies, this was a month ago, he said he was on the phone to Harley for hours but no results

That's messed up.  God forbid you were on a road trip and needed one ASAP.  I'd be pissed!

Tires, and other parts are in short supply right now. All dealers are not able to get tires currently. Some dealers are saying that it will be February or March before they can get tires.

Yes very hard to come by.  Search online, you may have to change up from your normal brand just to be able to ride.

Don't know where you're at but blackjack H-D in Florence SC has a ton of AE tires
