I’ve had their front kit in my Road King for several years.
Very happy with it…

My 2005 CVO Electra Glide.
Getting close to 60,000 miles. Engine mods I've done in house, along with 6-speed trans conversion, results in 125 H.P., and 130 ft. lbs torque.
Cylinders, and pistons NEVER removed, Wild Things heads, that I ported and milled, TW 54 cams, roller rockers, .030" head gaskets.
I lost 5 h.p., by converting to the 6-speed trans.It made 131 h.p. with the 5-spd. which I still have.
Bike is for sale. It has ALL the parts, and toys, that a .05 CVO Electra Glide came with, and some spare engine parts as well.

So how much are you asking for her?

OK the bore is 3.927 and if their bore and hone was done right it will live with good maintenance.

I put Pro-Action on my 2020 CVO Limitetd, both front and rear. Then when I traded it in last year for a new 2022 CVO Road Glide Limited, I moved the rear shocks over and bought a new front fork kit. They are great to work with. I see you are in Pittsburgh, so they aren't far from you. When I bought mine they said if I rode over they would install everything for me free.

Has had my tourpak since January. I haven't been overly concerned about it because he is known to get behind due to demand and the quality of his work. That being said I haven't been able to contact him in over 2 months so just wondering what is going on. I try not to bug him as answering the phone to another 'where is my chit' must get really old. Anybody with any info, let me know.

Jimmy

I just got off the phone with him this morning, he's had a part for my fairing since middle of February, I called last night, no voice mail, sent a text and email. So I called him this morning and he answered, he said he was a little behind. Give him call, it took two calls, one after another.

Good Luck

I did the cam plate inner cam bearings, and added adjustable push rods.
At about 50,000 I started hearing a noise coming out of the cam chest and after a little research, I discovered that the cam tensioners were an issue so I went ahead and replaced them with the upgraded hydraulic tensioners and an aftermarket cam plate.
The tools to do the job was the real expense, especially to pull the inner cam bearings, and then the tool to put them back

Down where you are in Georgia you may want to consider Kevin Baxter at Baxter's Garage as a source.  I don't know how far he is from you but he's very knowledgeable about these TwinCams.  He has his own YouTube channel and it's worth checking out.

That said, it sounds like you covered all the obvious bases for a dependable build.  All that's left is the bottom end, but I wouldn't worry about that. Like JC said, do a leakdown test first. Those CVO 103s were great engines.

What stroke and bore?

So the bike is 2003 peace officer edition. The guy put in a bottom from a 2006 screamin eagle with a welded crank, so he says. Then installed s&s 106 pistons and jugs and had head work done.
