So I'm having an issue with the GPS on my GTS infotainment unit.

If I have a current GPS route working that I'm following and I try and search for any HD dealers the data base is blank. That's right it shows no dealers. Now if I stop navigation and then do a dealer search it pops up all the dealers starting with the closest.

I have filed a report with Harley corporate about this issue and am currently waiting on a return call from one of their engineers about this. No I'm not really expecting a return call. But it's only been a couple of days so I'll call back after Thanksgiving.

Any members with a similar experience?

The search function works differently when a route is active. I believe there are 4 settings that you can change when the route is active. Select a route and start it. Hit the search icon and select search. It probably shows along route in the search box. Select the gear icon on the lower right corner. First item should be along route. Hit the enter joystick and select near me. Now go back to the screen with the Harley-Davidson bar and shield. It should show dealerships now starting with the closest. I believe along route doesn't actually do what you think it should. I believe the dealership has to be on a road that is on your route.
