Just to clarify my point, I never had a complaint about their customer service, whenever I had an issue they promptly took care of it.  However, the problems I encountered had nothing to do with their responsiveness, it was continuing to receive a defective design product which kept failing.  In this case it was their 2:1 pipe, from what I have read here, it seems they have worked out the issues on the TD.

I just received an E-mail Newsletter from D&D & they are offering a 10% discount on all pipes & Zippers ThunderMax
when purchased as a package.They will even install for free if you live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. 817-834-8961. I put my complete system as above on about a year ago & quite happy with it.

www.automotivemachine.com  in Ft Worth ..  1-800-210-8675    May want to give them a shot.  They have been well received on other forums.  I believe they are close to D&D..  Tell them you're a CVO Harley member and that may help.

That's who I ended up buying from.  Cost was $649 shipped for the set with the quiet baffle already installed.  They were one of a very very very few stocking dealers for the set with the quiet baffle OE.  Others only would sell the other baffle after the fact.  That price addition more then ate up the price difference.  And a rep at D&D said it was not uncommon to "dent" the outer cannister changing the baffle.  So it seemed worth it to pay a tiny bit more up front and just have it originally assembled with what I wanted.
