Here I am on my SEUC8, my neighbor on his '11 Softtail, my Son-In-Law on his '08 UC Anni, and my daughter on her '08 SG Anni, loaded and ready to head out to the Milwaukee 110th. We left on August 24th. Rode there and back.

I just read all 17 pages of this thread and had a ball.  Made me think of some old pictures I have at the office.  I can't find the picture of us at the first rest stop heading out the first time in 1994 with that 1994 FXSTC loaded to the gills.  However, I do have the picture of the new Bushtec trailer I had installed at Sturgis that year before heading back home.  I cannot believe that I rode that softail 3200 miles that year...MUCH younger I guess.... :2vrolijk_21:

However, I did find the picture of our pre-dawn exit to SD and Canada from 1995.  Yep, same bushtec that I had on the Softail but it's gone replaced by my first Ultra (95).  Also had to clean off all that aqua pinstriping that matched the Softail... ;D
That trip was 6,900 miles over two weeks....K'ville to SD, Montana, Alberta, BC and all parts in between....what a ride.

I've posted the bikes loaded pics of our trip to SD this year in another thread so no need to re-post.  I did find another that I have to post.  The black '89 in front is my old bike.  The original owner is the guy on the right (Steve).  Sold it to me with 30,000 miles.  I sold it to Doug (guy in the middle) with 70,000 miles and in this picture, it was pushing 80,000.  BEST riding/handling touring bike I've ever had.  This picture was taken with the bikes "loaded" as we proceed to Keystone with a stop at the Badlands.  Can't see the back of my softail but trust me, it was loaded down.

Ah the memories these old pictures bring back (some not so good, too).  Thanks for all those that shared so far...have really enjoyed this thread.

Grand Staircase-Escalante.  On the way to Sturgis.

Hey, isn't that the beautiful trailer (from page 6) that just went up for sale?

She's a beaut.  I had a American Legend trailer for years and loved it... Now the wife rides her own Ultra so no need for it and sold it back in 2006.  Wonderful trailer.  Good luck!

Here's a pic from this summer.  Glacier NP with the ridge for the Going to the Sun Road in the background.

I've made two regional trips on my new CVO Softail Deluxe, but really like the local rides when I can strip it down. This is a picture my wife took on Thanksgiving Day in Texas. She's also my passenger; but you can tell I configured the bike for a "me" ride this time! She's a pro behind the lens, but I love riding with her as well. When I got the bike, she got a full set of leathers.
