I was talking to an engine builder who said he was testing them, and then he locked up. Does anyone know what their all about?
Harry is correct. The 585 grind is a S&S gear driven grind for the TC motor. Zippers only released one CVO developed and tested cam to the public. They are called Red Shift 575's.
The 575 cams were developed for the CVO 103 motors as a bolt in option. You can buy them in chain or gear driven. They were designed to increase cylinder pressures to fool your very low compression motor. They also work very well You will see a small increase in HP and a very good increase in TQ. Your TQ cruve comes in very early and and doesn't drop off till you hit around 5k RPM. They can be purchased at WWW.ZIPPERSPERFORMANCE.COM or by calling 301-621-2311 x 107
