Interesting. I don't associate anthing HD related with the term 'lightning'.

I think I'll trademark the word "Whiz".  Then every time one of you guys takes a whiz, you'll have to pay me a fee.

How in the heck does anyone trademark common words like lightning and then have it apply across multitudes of uses that have nothing to do with what the company actually does?  Harleys are definitely not fast, so I can't see them using the word as a name for one of their bikes.  So how did they manage to trademark the word "lightning"?  This stuff truly amazes me.

Now if they had trademarked the terms "unreliable" and "pizz poor customer service", I could understand.
