Title: Do Baggerbolts fit 2014 FLSTNSE?

I saw a post on installing Baggerbolts to keep the saddlebags from flying off.  Their website says the bolts are for touring models.  Does anyone know if they also fit the 2014 CVO Softail Deluxe?
