Hey Guys,
I'm trying to decide on a final cam choice for a 110 build I'm currently putting together. I have been reading through many posts and have narrowed it down to the TC-24D, 600sm or S&S 570. We have machined the cylinders to obtain 0 deck, 30 thou cometic gasket, modified 110 heads flowing 310 cfm with chambers set at 89cc ( 10.25-1 comp), 58mm SE throttle body and a Bassani Road Rage B1 exhaust. Any advice to make my choice easier would be greatly appreciated.

Seems all the stars are lined up for the 24D cams. They would be my choice. ;)

24D are serving me well with similar build

We fit the TC 24D and finished tuning it last Friday, 114hp / 115tq. We gained some hp but lost quiet a bit of tq compared to the original build ( 10-1 comp, stock 110 heads and tb, SE 585 cam made 106/126). It rides ok but the tq loss low in the rev range is noticeable over the original build

Sorry to hear about the results (assuming you liked the TQ more than the HP, I would have).
Are you gonna try something else? I am not real familiar with the TC-24 other than it is very popular, but I noticed the 600 was also one of your choices. The sheets I've seen (with the right comp and combo of parts) have had layers and layers of TQ.

Yeah I think I will try another cam. The 600sm dyno sheets all seem to make very decent tq numbers and CR 575 graphs also look good.

Try getting a new cam sprocket to advance the cams 4 degrees. not that much work or money but produces more power down low where you want it.

I already have an Andrews sprocket here that I used on my previous bike, might have to give it a go before swapping cams out. Thanks 👍

Where did your CCP end up? HP numbers sound right but torque isn't where I would have expect with heads cut to 89 cc and 0 deck
